This service requires a completely empty property that is ready to be staged! Casita has an ever-growing number of staging packages available to fit the specific needs of your listings. Casita will provide a high level of service, communicate clearly, and turn around stages quickly. If problems arise, Casita will be responsive in order to ensure your listing is a success.

Casita's standard staging package includes a full stage of the living room, ditching, dining room, primary bedroom, and primary bathroom. Additional rooms can be added for a charge and price varies based on square footage.

Casita's listings can be staged for 2 months for no additional charge. The 60 day staging period begins on the 1st of the month following the stage date. The holding fee will be billed on the first of the month after that 60 day period and each month after until a destage is ordered. 

This service is perfect for occupied listings whose Seller may need direction regarding how to best arrange their furniture and decor. After communicating with the agent, Casita will walk through the listing with the Seller and offer verbal suggestions around furniture set-up, decluttering, cleaning, and minor DIY projects that could enhance the value of the listing.

This service is designed for motivated Sellers who are open to feedback around their listing. Along with the verbal walkthrough, Casita will offer a full written report with an itemized list of suggestions on how to maximize the functionality, flow, and beauty of a space. This list can include projects to complete, recommendations of items to purchase, and general design suggestions using the Seller's existing furniture.
