Our Services.

  • Casita's standard staging package includes a full staging of the living room, kitchen, dining room, primary bedroom, and primary bathroom. Additional rooms can be added on for a charge and pricing varies based on square footage.

  • Casita will walk through your occupied listing and make thoughtful design suggestions to your Seller for how to best arrange their furniture and decor. Casita can also offer suggestions of items to purchase depending on the Seller's budget. The entry level package only includes this verbal consultation.

  • Casita will walk through your occupied listing and make thoughtful design suggestions to your Seller for how to best arrange their furniture and decor. Casita can also offer suggestions of items to purchase depending on the Seller's budget. Along with the verbal consultation, the pro package includes a follow up written report with suggestions.
